What Are the Laws Against This.....

What do you do when someone files a false police report against you? And what are laws against it and penalties? Those are the questions I never thought I'd ever have to find answers to. There are a lot f people who lie and throw fits, and even stoop to filing police reports that are untrue just because they are mad someone doesn't want them anymore. Sounds stupid doesn't it? Yup that is the situation my husband and I are in right now. Here's a question... if you leave someone, go as far as cheating and filing for divorce but wonfering why the guy doesn't want you back after that? Childish but this person went too far and we might not be able to fix this. I'm not sure of the laws against this but this is another for of harassment and I know someone who is getting 3yrs in jail for harassing someone in court and doing the same thing as my husband's ex. What would she do if she had to spend 3yrs behind bars? Throw her fit and try to get her way again like the spoiled brat she is.
When you have witnesses and viable legal proof you are inocent then this should be easy to fix right? Not so. Aparently in this society women are always telling the truth and men get the blame for things they didn't do. Since I am a woman and I don't believe that women should be able to do what they want to people, someone needs to put their foot down and stop people from getting away with things like this! Not everyone has morals, I know this but there hasto be something that can be done to stop and prevent this.

I only get about a 6 day break between classes begining again. Only 9 more to go!! Woohoo! It doesn't seem like a lot left but add up the months until March 28th 2009, it's still too many til graduation. What do to for those 6 days? Clean, organize and for me.. pack the house up. You won't see the word "relax" in that to do list. Yesterday was the first day for both of my classes. Looking at the first assignments, I sat there wondering who wrote these? I have 1,000 pg paper for one class due in couple days and another huge paper due at the same time in the other class. Falling behind this time is not an option for me.

Besides classes starting , Halloween is coming very soon! Trick or treating seems to be the best time of the year for us. The kids love dressing up and so do I. I don't think I'll ever grow out of wanting to scare people, lol. This year even my husband is going to join in the fun. Yup I can't believe it myslef. When we were looking at costumes he turned around and said he wanted to dress up with the kids! Another change for trick or treating this year is we're visiting my mom at the PD where she works. The kids are really excited to see Mimi. I noticed I haven't posted any pictures of my family so hopefully it will work when I try to upload them. Hope you enjoy them.

During my break this where I'd love be at this very moment enjoying the view of a place that is so peaceful and my daughter and love. If my husband and step son could've gone with me the last time I was in TN ( funeral, not a family vacation trip unfortunately) , they would've sat outside with me and took in every breath of air that I did. The last time I was in Dandridge was in 1991 and nothing has changed and I'm glad it didn't.

"Mommy Cliques"

I have been thinking about this thing that has been going on in our neighborhood. Thing is not the correct word to use, it's more of an issue than anything. What is this need for mother's to treat other people (not in their little cliques) and children as if they don't belong? My biggest concern is my daughter. She began in this neighborhood having friends, playing everyday and being happy to feel wanted and accepted. Because we were new to this area we get treated as if we're not good enough to even talk to in mornings at the bus. Do people even concider the children in these situations? Even if these cliques don't accept the mother , don't treat children as if they are from the wrong tracks, so to speak. I've been thinking about this for quite a while and I was watching the news this morning and light was shown on this subject.
You'd think after high school people like that would have grown up! Well, that would never happen, lol. It's a scary thing for the mothers and their children to move into a neighborhood when there are people that have been there for a long time and no one else is good enough to be included. How many people have felt this way or have gone through this as a parent?

A First For Everything

This is my first time on the net blogging and actually brave enough to set up a blog account. What does one say for the first of many entries? Nothing really snappy comes to mind but I'm sure something will pop in my head that is interesting enough for me to want to write it down.

Since it's too early to think of any news worthy information and not enough coffee , I will leave my first blog entry as boring as my life could be without having children around to make it exciting. Plus there's too many distractions around here in the wee morning hours, what with a cranky child and lonney animals that have more energy between 6am and 730am than I have in one week, lol.
Everyone have a good day and hopefully next time I will have something to say on here that isn't sheer nervous blabbering.
